Bill Muster is a facility that allows you to pay your utility service bills such as electricity, water and Satellite Pay TV bills to the respective utility company through any Zanaco branch nearest to you.

Features

• You can use the service by going to any Zanaco branch and simply filling in a Zanaco Bill Muster deposit slip and handing it to the cashier with the amount you wish to pay, who will credit the account of the utility company you wish to pay. A copy of the deposit slip will be given to you as proof of your payment. You can also obtain a statement from the utility company at your convenience.

• You can access the service via internet from the comfort of your office or home by simply logging on to the Zanaco website and into your Zanaco Internet Banking facility. You click onto third party transfer option and transfer the amount you want to pay to your service provider.

• You can access the service through your account by making standard banking payment by issuing instructions to the bank to debit your account and crediting your respective service provider. You need not write letter every time you wish to make payment, you simply fill in the instruction side.

• Through DDACC, if you maintain accounts with other banks, you can still use the service by instructing the utility company you wish to pay to enrol you onto the Zanaco DDAC settlement system. This means that your account held with other banks will be debited with the amount stated and a corresponding credit will be made to the utility service provider you wish to pay.
