• You need to have a Zaanco account to use the service.
• You need to have a valid e-mail address with an Internet Service Provider.
• Bank statements are encrypted and emailed to you the user as an attachment.
• You will, as a user, require a unique key which will be provided to you by the bank in order to access the encrypted statement.
• You will have the options of daily, weekly and monthly as frequencies for you to receive the statements
• The statements are made available in Excel, html, csv and XML formats depending on your preference
