ZANACO'S NEW VISA ELECTRON DEBIT CARD REPLACES ALL ZANACO DEBIT CARDS

Zanaco is recalling all the Zanaco debit cards and replacing them with a new enhanced card. The new Zanaco Visa Electron debit card is enhanced with two features, Xapit and Internet payments. The Xapit feature will enable customers carry out banking transactions using their mobile phones. The internet feature will enable customers make payments for goods and services on the internet from e-commerce websites.

The new Zanaco Electron Debit card has a 16 digit card number on the front of the card and a 3 digit number on the back of the card. One will also notice the Xapit logo on the back of the card and the new Zanaco logo on both the front and back of the card.

  Zanaco is therefore calling on all its customers to surrender their old cards for the new one as soon as possible. Old cards will not be able to function after the 30th March.
