What is zanaco ATM airtime top-up?

A value added Zanaco service that enables its customers to purchase Zain airtime for themselves or indeed their family or friends from the Zanaco 24 ATMs.

• You use your Zanaco 24 ATM or VISA cards to purchase your airtime from any of the Zanaco ATMs.

How does it work?

Insert either your Zanaco24 card or indeed a Zanaco Visa card in the ATM just like you do it when you want to withdraw money or check your account balance.
• Enter your pin
• Select airtime top-up option
• Select amount or choose option to enter your own amount
• Select network
• Enter phone number you wish to recharge
• Confirm transaction
• You will receive confirmation saying ‘transaction succesful’
• Verify recharge on your mobile by entering *959#
