The way we portray ourselves and the way we are perceived is important to us. We have been repositioning ourselves on the market in terms of the products that we offer and the quality of our service delivery. We enhanced our brand in terms of the name, color and symbols to best portray our 'New look'.

Zanaco Brand Explained

Shorter powerful name

We are popularly known as Zanaco and we use this name as opposed to Zambia National Commercial Bank Plc. It is important for our customers and the general public to know that we are still legally known as Zambia National Commercial Bank Plc and we trade under that name.  Zanaco simply sounds more powerful as a brand name that our customers and the general public will easily remember.

Brighter consistent logo

Red apart from being an African rich color is very vibrant as opposed to the copper that we were using before. The color red is brighter depicting our new behaviors of having positive attitudes not only to our customers but amongst ourselves as well. The color red shines with warmth making it easier to combine it with other colors. It is this warmth that we reflect to the people we come in contact with.

The Sparkle

The sparkle in the new logo signifies a wink at our customers and ourselves as members of staff of Zanaco. We believe in having fun in challenging ourselves and improving the customer experience each time. Our customers and the general public see the sparkle in our eyes, an assurance that we are there for you and we are glad to serve you.

The high side of the right top corner

The right side of the background frame closest to the 'Zanaco' name shows a steep incline symbolizing that we will aim high in whatever we do. We will challenge each other with doing the best we can to achieve our maximum potential for the good of our customers.
