The second edition of Zanaco L.E.A.D.S (Leadership, Agility, Diversity and Sustainability) hosted on 12th June 2024 saw renowned global and local thought leaders taking to the L.E.A.D.S stage.
The event kicked off with an engaging panel discussion on the role of key stakeholders and private public partnerships in creating a conducive business environment for nurturing billion-dollar startups.

Our morning session showcased our two keynote speakers Vusi Thembekwayo and Rapelang Rabana.
Vusi delivered an engaging session on practical steps for business scalability, insight-driven decision making and strategic resource deployment.
Rapelang brought stimulating thoughts on how businesses need to use data to enhance their products, services and strategies to deliver value and growth.
The afternoon session of Zanaco L.E.A.D.S. had three breakaway sessions where delegates could take a deep dive into topical issues and areas of interest.
Rosalind Kainyah held a session on how African businesses can add their voice to the global sustainability agenda.
Nankhonde Kasonde-van den Broek spoke on how businesses and business leaders could harness diversity and technology for Zambia’s future workforce.
Royd Kapesa took on a session on building resilient businesses, with solid value propositions and growth roadmap.
