Our Innovation Lab was recently host to visiting US teens and Zambian teens under the auspices of Njira Skills Youth Centre’s LearnServe International programme, which seeks to equip high school students from diverse backgrounds with the entrepreneurial vision, tenacity, confidence, and leadership skills needed to tackle social challenges at home and abroad.
As a bank that supports entrepreneurship and innovation through various financial and capacity building initiatives, we believe that programmes such as the LearnServe International are critical in unlocking entrepreneurship skills among youths, who are the future captains of industries.
