In order to serve our customers better as we turn 55, we have migrated all accounts with the “934” prefix to a new banking system this month.
1. What has been migrated?
All Digital accounts under the Virtual Branch whose account number starts with the prefix “934”.
These include the following:
i. Xapit Convenience accounts
ii. Xapay Micro Merchant accounts
iii. Zee Wallets
2. Why have the accounts been migrated?
The migration will offer:
• A quicker and more efficient banking experience
• Enhanced security features
• More self-service options
3. Has my account number changed?
Yes, the account number has changed. To access your new account number and other account details, dial *444# on mobile banking and select Option 6 then Option 7.
4. Has the sort code to my account changed?
Yes, your sort code has changed from 01 00 93 to 01 00 83. This can be viewed on mobile banking using the account details screen
5. Do I need to inform my employers of the change in my new account number?
Yes, your employers need to be informed of your new account number
6. How long will my old account remain valid?
The old accounts will be valid for 1 year. Customers are encouraged to ensure they obtain their new account numbers by the said period.
