We handed over 60 desks to Kabanana Primary School, marking the beginning of our pledge to donate 3,600 desks to 60 schools across Zambia under our Zanaco 60×60 campaign – an initiative that is part of our commemoration of Zambia’s 60th independence anniversary.
The event was graced by the Minister of Education, Dr. Douglas Siakalima, who commended the Bank’s longstanding partnership in supporting Government’s efforts on quality education.
Our team was led by our Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Kalaluka Itwi, who emphasized our commitment to quality education and advancing the national development agenda.
We look forward to visiting the various schools across all 10 provinces of Zambia, as we continue to put communities first.
