About Us

The conversation was all about the future and how young people can stay ahead of it during the National Youth Week Careers Fair. Our Client Liaison & Business Partnerships Specialist, Rhoda Kakoma, joined a panel on “Work Smart, Work Digital: Navigating Careers in the Age of AI and Innovation,” unpacking how digital finance is creating real opportunities for young entrepreneurs and freelancers.

She highlighted the importance of future‑ready skills such as AI literacy, digital marketing, data analysis and financial management while reinforcing that AI will not replace jobs and reminded us that AI isn’t here to take jobs, but to support those who use it ethically, creatively and with purpose.

The Careers Fair was graced by her Honour, the Vice President, Dr. Mutale Nalumango MP and the Minister of Youth, Sport & Arts, Hon. Elvis Nkandu MP, reinforcing the importance of preparing young people for the future economy.

Through our mobile and internet banking platforms such as mobile and Internet banking, Xpress agency network and Innovation Lab, we continue to empower young people turn ideas into impact and truly arise and soar in an AI‑driven world.
