The occasion was also graced by Her Royal Highness Chieftainess Mukumbi, His Royal Highness Chief Dr. Mumena, Kalumbila District Commissioner, Mrs. Brenda Sankisa Kamboyi and Mr. Joseph Kapira, General Manager of Lumwana Property Development Company.
