At Zanaco, we believe that SMEs are the bedrock of the economy and are key in driving the Grow Zambia agenda. As part of our efforts to strengthen and support this growth, we hosted an SME Masterclass in partnership with BDO Zambia last week.
The capacity-building programme equipped SMEs with practical knowledge and skills across key areas, including financial planning, budgeting and cash flow management, risk and stakeholder management, tax planning and compliance, fundraising and networking, and sustainability.
