About Us

We had a delightful time hosting 300 Zanaco Xpress Agents at a Townhall in line with our new brand promise, “You First”, which reflects our commitment to customer centricity, service excellence and operational resilience. The Townhall aimed to appreciate their contributions, and to foster engagements between our Agents and our different business units.

We would like to thank the Bank of Zambia, represented by Mr. Jimmy Couvaras, Assistant Director Payment Systems Development and Ms. Chimuka Kasempa, Manager Currency Processing – who spoke to our Agents on the importance of compliance in Agency Banking and the key security features of the new family of the Zambian currency to assist Agents in their daily operations.

We would also like to thank the Zambia Information and Communications Technology Authority (ZICTA) represented by Mr. Edgar Mlauzi, Head Consumer Affairs, who spoke on the role Agents play in the Digital Financial Services ecosystems and the importance of personal information security.
