We proudly commissioned the magnificent Statue of the Royal Barge at the Mongu Roundabout, a lasting tribute to the rich cultural heritage of Western Province and a reflection of our commitment to supporting communities across Zambia.We were honoured to have The Right Honourable Ngambela of the Barotse Royal Establishment, Mr Mukela Manyando who officiated at the event.
The event was also attended by the Provincial Minister, Hon. Kapelwa Mbangweta, His Worship the Mayor of Mongu, Mr. Nyambe Muyumbana and other senior government officials. The event marked an important milestone in our partnership with the people of Mongu and the province at large.
This statue stands as a powerful symbol of unity, pride, and progress. Our Board Chairman, Professor. Oliver Saasa, led the Zanaco team at the ceremony, held ahead of the Kuomboka Ceremony scheduled for tomorrow
