What is the Transact, Save and Win campaign?

The Transact, Save and Win campaign is a transactional and deposit campaign organised by Zambia National Commercial Bank Plc, also known as Zanaco. Eligible customers can qualify for monthly trolley dash draws by completing specified transactions and for the Grand Prize draw by depositing and maintaining the applicable minimum balance.

When does the campaign run?

The campaign runs from 4th September to 30th November 2026.

Which accounts are eligible for the campaign?

Customers must hold one of the following accounts:
• Preferred Current Account
• Preferred Plus Current Account
• Preferred Savings Account
• Zanaco Aspire Account
• Zanaco Aspire Plus Account
• Sure Save Account
• Xapit Convenience
• Xapit with Card
• Xapit without Card

Can a dormant account qualify?

No. Dormant accounts will not be considered. Customers must have an active account and complete the specified qualifying transactions.

How do I qualify for the monthly draw?

To qualify, complete an eligible transaction of the minimum value during the campaign period. The qualifying transactions are:
• Cash-out to another person
• Cash-out to self
• Bill payments
• Utility payments
• ZESCO payments
• TV payments
The minimum qualifying transaction values are:

• Bill payment: ZMW250
• Cash-out: ZMW500

What can I win in the monthly draw?

Each monthly draw winner will receive a trolley dash valued at ZMW5,000.

What is the Grand Prize?

The Grand Prize is a brand-new Toyota Hilux.

How I qualify for the Grand Prize draw?

Customers with a Xapit Convenience, Xapit with Card, or Xapit without Card account must deposit a minimum of ZMW1,500 and maintain the new balance for the campaign period.

Customers with a Preferred Current, Preferred Plus Current, Preferred Savings, Zanaco Aspire, Zanaco Aspire Plus, or Sure Save account must deposit a minimum of ZMW5,000 and maintain the new balance for the campaign period.

How many Grand Prize winners will there be?

There will be one Grand Prize winner at the end of the campaign cycle.

How will winners be selected?

Winners will be selected randomly using an approved and verified internal draw system. The process, from reviewing entries to conducting the draw, will be monitored by the Zanaco Internal Audit team for compliance purposes.

Can I transfer my prize to another person?

No. Prizes are non-transferable and will only be awarded to the owner of the qualifying account selected in the draw. Once a prize has been announced, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Will my name or image be used in campaign publicity if I win?

Yes. By accepting a prize, a winner agrees that Zanaco may use their name and image in campaign communication, awareness, publicity, and related matters.
