Fredrick Kaputo Mulenga is a dedicated Treasurer at ZANACO BANK PLC, with a 15-year track record in Treasury services and practical expertise in financial markets. Collaborating closely with Business Heads in Retail Banking, Corporate & Investment Banking, Business Banking, and Transactional Banking, he actively contributes to driving corporate strategy, enhancing treasury product performance, and generating value across key business units.
Fredrick holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Sciences in Agricultural Economics from the University of Zambia. He is equipped with a Financial Markets Dealing Certificate from ACI Paris and holds a Dealers Representative License/Certificate from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Capital Markets Association of Zambia (CMAZ). A former graduate of the esteemed Standard Chartered Bank Wholesale Banking International Graduate Program, Fredrick has undergone various training programs in Financial Markets, Credit, and Risk Management.
In addition to his professional roles, Fredrick serves as a Board Trustee for the Zanaco Staff Pension Scheme and Zambia State Insurance Pension Trust Fund (ZSIPTF). He actively participates in the Finance and Investment sub-committee on the ZSIPTF board and chairs the Financial Markets subcommittee of the Bankers Association of Zambia.
