On Friday 2nd February 2024, the Bank officially launched the Government Service Bus (GSB) solution during the National Symposium on Budget and Economic outlook hosted by the Ministry of Finance and National planning. The launch was officiated by the Honourable Minister of Finance and National Planning Dr. Situmbeko Musokotwane, MP.
Through the GSB, customers can now make payments for road tax, ground rent and other government services online using a Personal or Corporate Debit Card, or via Bill Muster at Zanaco Xpress Agents if they prefer cash payments.
The roll-out of the GSB solution on Zanaco platforms is yet another milestone in facilitating financial inclusion and fulfilment of the strategic goal of being a top-transactional financial institution by 2025.
