Spot FX- A foreign exchange spot transaction (FX spot) is an agreement between you and the Bank to buy one currency against selling another currency at an agreed price for immediate delivery.
Hedging against Interest/Foreign Exchange Risk
Forwards – An FX Forward is a contractual agreement between the client and the bank to exchange a pair of currencies at an agreed rate on a future date. This solution helps to hedge your future foreign currency payment without paying an upfront amount at agreement date.
Swaps – An FX Swap, is an agreement to exchange currencies between two parties where one party borrows a currency from a second party as it simultaneously lends another currency to that party. This solution helps you our customer to borrow at lower interest rates and helps to hedge your exchange rate risk.
