Zanaco partnered with the Worldview Institute to plant 1,200 trees in Lusaka National Park for the Think Green Project. The event was graced by the Minister of Green Economy and Environment, Hon. Eng. Collins Nzovu, who urged Zambians to plant trees in their corporate and personal capacities to restore the environment.
Our CEO, Mrs Mukwandi Chibesakunda, reaffirmed the Bank’s commitment to planting 1 million trees by 2025. We further committed an additional 5,000 trees to the Think Green project, which will contribute to the fight to reverse the adverse effects of climate change.
We commend the Worldview Institute for its commitment to the environment. We encourage more organisations and individuals to join us in saving the environment, one tree at a time.
