Henry is an experienced Human Resource Practitioner with amassed experience in Organizational Effectiveness & Redesign, HR Transformation, Compensation & Benefits, HR policy development, Industrial relations, HR Strategy Development and Human Business Partnering and Operations.
Prior to his appointment, Henry worked in 3 other organizations in two different sectors including roles he held as Head of Contracts and Labour Hire Management at Konkola Copper Mines Plc and Acting Chief Human Capital Officer in Standard Bank Eswatini. He further served in other geographies across Africa including Nigeria, Uganda, Botswana, South Africa and Kenya. Henry also worked for Standard Chartered Bank for 5 yrs. Within Zanaco Plc, he notably worked as Head Organizational Effectiveness and Business Partnering, a role he held until his substantive appointment to act in the role of CHCO until the role is substantively filled.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration & Economics from the University of Zambia and is a Chartered Human Resource Manager.
