Mr. Joseph Shiku is the Chief Information Officer of the Bank. He is passionate about Technology and how it can be used to drive positive customer interactions and overall customer experience. He brings over 15 years’ experience having held Senior Technology Roles in various sectors such as Mining, Hospitality, Internet Services and Construction.
In his current capacity as CIO he oversees the technology division which plays a critical role in ensuring that the strategy of the bank is achieved from a technology point of view whilst further enabling it in several aspects including providing technical competencies, solutions and other platforms on which the bank can deliver to its promise of being a big, strong and reliable bank. Joseph is an MSC Candidate in Project Management and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computing, along with multiple industry certifications in IT such as CISCO, Microsoft, COBIT, ITIL and PRINCE2.
