Yes, you can use all debit cards or bank cards issued by local banks in Zambia be it Mastercard, Visa, or Union Pay debit card

How does Card Withdraw on Xpress work?

You can use the following steps to a withdraw:

• Visit any Zanaco Xpress Agent outlet offering the Zanaco Xpress service
• Inform the Xpress Agent you want to withdraw with your bank card and specify the amount.
• The agent will swipe your card, and you will be required to enter your pin.
• Once the transaction is complete, you will be provided with a receipt and your cash.

Do l get charged for using Zanaco Xpress to withdraw with another bank’s debit/credit card?

Yes, you will be charged according to the amount of the transaction. The applicable charge will be according to your bank’s tariff.

What is the maximum amount l can withdraw using Zanaco Xpress?

You can withdraw any amount subject to the Xpress Agents’ cash availability and the customer’s card limit.

You are at liberty to perform multiple cash-outs on several other Xpress Agents (the way they would at ATM) in the event one Xpress Agent does not satisfy their cash needs

How do I get charged for withdrawing at a Zanaco Xpress Agent?

 Your account will be automatically debited with the amount of the charge. No physical cash can be used to pay the withdraw charge.
