T-PIN REQUIREMENT


Dear Valued Customer,

In view of the Tax Payer Identification Number (TPIN) requirement for all customers making cross-border payments that took effect 1st September, 2023, be advised that all customers that have not submitted their TPINS will not be able to perform swift transactions, ATM and Point of Sale transactions outside the country and online card transactions.

Please be advised you can update your account with your TPIN by following the steps below

  1. Visit Zanaco website at www.zanaco.co.zm
  2. Click on "Personal Banking".
  3. Click "Self Service Portal".
  4. Enter your Account Number and NRC in the respective fields.
  5. Click "Generate OTP". A one-time password will be sent to your Zanaco registered mobile number.
  6. Enter the OTP.
  7. Select launch under "TPIN registration" option.
  8. Enter TPIN in TPIN field.
  9. Click "Choose File" under "TPIN Certificate" field to upload your TPIN certificate.
  10. Click "Submit"
